7-Day Return & Replacement Policy
We stand behind the artistic integrity and structural perfection of every piece leaving our studio. Our return policy is straightforward and collector-first:
- Transit Damage Protection (100% Free Replacement): In the rare event of courier transit damage, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with a quick photo/video of the parcel. We will immediately arrange a priority remake or full refund with zero return cost to you.
- 7-Day Return Window for Ready Pieces: Standard non-personalized collection items may be returned within 7 calendar days of delivery in their original unused packaging.
- Personalized / Bespoke Inscriptions: Custom pieces inscribed with custom family names, shlokas, or bespoke dimensions cannot be returned unless transit damaged, as they are tailored specifically for you.
- Return Shipping Cost: If an item is defective or damaged during transit, Divine Poured covers all shipping costs. For voluntary returns of undamaged ready inventory, the customer covers return courier carriage to our studio.
